4. Inquiries, quotations and orders

Submitting an inquiry through our website or by email or messaging application does not create a contract and does not oblige us to supply any product. A quotation issued by us is an invitation to treat, not a binding offer, and is valid only for the period stated on it. An order becomes binding only when we confirm acceptance in writing, typically by means of a signed proforma invoice or purchase confirmation.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide to us — including OE numbers, vehicle types, target markets, quantities and any technical requirements — is accurate and complete. We rely on that information when preparing quotations and manufacturing products.

5. Products, specifications and samples

Our products are manufactured to the specifications we agree with you in writing. Where a pre-production sample is required, we will provide it for your approval; you should verify dimensions, fitment, media, seal and packaging before approving mass production. Once a sample is approved, we will manufacture the confirmed order against that approval.

Product specifications are subject to change without notice as part of continuous improvement, provided that any change to a confirmed order is agreed with you in writing before production. Photographs and images on this website are for illustration and may not reflect the exact appearance of the current production version.

5.1 Warranty and after-sales

Warranty terms are set out in the sales contract or proforma invoice for each order. As a general reference, our products carry a warranty period of one year from delivery, excluding vulnerable and consumable parts; specific terms and exclusions are confirmed with the salesperson for the product in question. After-sales support is provided in accordance with the agreed terms; where on-site support is required, any travel, accommodation and related costs are agreed separately between the parties. Nothing on this website constitutes a warranty, and no warranty is created except as expressly set out in a signed written agreement.

6. Pricing and payment

Prices are quoted on a case-by-case basis and may be expressed in a currency agreed between the parties. Unless otherwise stated in writing, payment terms follow the arrangement common in international trade: an initial deposit to confirm the order, with the balance payable before shipment. Unless a credit arrangement has been agreed in writing, production typically begins after receipt of the agreed deposit, and the balance is payable before release of the shipment.
